针灸配合整脊手法治疗颈源性头痛疗效分析

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Chiropractic Manipulation on Cervical Headache

目的探究针灸配合整脊手法联合治疗颈源性头痛的效果。方法在广州市番禺疗养院于2015-02—2016-07间收治的颈源性头痛患者中随机选出84例患者作为本次研究的观察对象,根据治疗方法的不同进行分组,分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规针灸疗法治疗,观察组患者在常规针灸治疗的基础上加用整脊手法治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(97.73%)明显高于对照组(80.00%),且治疗后的VAS评分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在颈源性头痛的治疗中,将中医针灸与西医整脊手法结合起来治疗效果确切,充分发挥二者的优势,达到协同效果,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with chiropractic manipulation on cervical headache. Methods 84 cases with cervicogenic headache in the hospital from February, 2015 to July, 2016 were selected as the research ob- ject. And they were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group were treated with conventional acu- puncture treatment, and the observation group were treated with chiropractic manipulation based on acupuncture treatment. The clini- cal effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%, which was higher than that of the control group. VAS score after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group, P 〈 O. 05. Conclusion In the treatment of cervieogeni headache, the combination of acupuncture and western medicine has exact effect. It can improve patients＇ quality of life, so it is worth popularization and application.
