摘要
目的探讨医患矛盾纠纷的管理学原因及解决对策。方法以当前事实背景为依据,论述管理学因素对医患矛盾因素的影响。结果从医院管理角度可妥善解决医患纠纷。结论通过内修素质、外树形象、多方协调等手段,可尽早实现医患关系和谐稳定的美好愿景。
Objective To investigate the doctor-patient disputes causes and countermeasures of management. Methods Based on the fact that background, the influence of management factors of doctor-patient contradiction was discussed. Results Angle of hospital management can properly solve medical disputes. Conclusion Through the building quality inside and image outside, and multilateral coordination, harmony and stability can be realized as soon as possible.
