目的让基层医院共享三级医院的优质医学检验资源,促进患者下沉到基层,推进分级诊疗。方法运用医疗云平台、计算机软件接口、互联网、手机APP、条码打印机等工具,研究"互联网+"等相关信息技术、应用于医学检验分级诊疗。结果通过在厦门市同安区各级医院的实践,实现了三级医院与基层医疗卫生机构医学检验资源的共享,缓解了在医学检验方面患者看病难、看病贵的问题。结论互联网信息技术使医学检验分级诊疗得以实现,使民众在社区医院就可以享受到大医院的医学检验资源。

Objective Allow primary level hospitals sharing the quality medical inspection resources of tertiary hospitals. Promote the mobilization of patients from tertiary hospitals to the primary level hospitals.Methods With the help of medical cloud platform, computer software interface, the internet, mobile APP, bar code printers and other tools, this article focuses on Internet plus information technology application in the graded medical examinations. Result Through the practice of all levels of hospitals in Tong’an District of Xiamen City, the sharing of medical inspection resources between tertiary hospitals and primary medical institutions was realized. It improved the accessibilities of patients to the quality medical inspection resources and saved health expenditures. Conclusion Internet information technology enables graded medical diagnosis and treatment, makes it possible for people in community level healthcare institutions utilize the medical resources of large hospitals.
