大型灌区节水已成为共识,但由于多种原因,灌区节水存在诸多困难。闫潭引黄灌区应从实际出发,通过经济、行政、技术等措施,在水资源开发利用的各个环节上促进节水,以达到灌区经济快速发展的目的。

Water saving in large irrigation area has become a consensus, but there are many difficulties in water saving in irrigation area due to various reasons.
