摘要
为了解决混凝土大坝溢流面存在的冻融剥蚀、裂缝等问题,找到适合溢流面混凝土缺陷处理的方法,选用NEXSUS聚合物砂浆和SK手刮聚脲(抗冲磨型)进行了修补试验。并分别对NEXSUS聚合物砂浆立方体试块抗压强度、NEXSUS聚合物砂浆与修补层之间黏结强度以及SK手刮聚脲与基层混凝土之间黏结强度进行了检测。根据检测结果,可以得出如下结论:SK手刮聚脲更适合大坝溢流面混凝土破损面修补。
In order to solve the problems of overflow dam surface freeze-thaw erosion, cracks and others, to find a suitable method of overflow surface concrete defect treatment, the use of NEXSUS polymer mortar and SK hand scraped polyurea(anti abrasion type)were repaired test. And the NEXSUS polymer mortar cube compressive strength between polymer mortar and repair, NEXSUS layer between the bond strength and SK hand scraped polyurea and concrete bond strength were tested. According to the test results, we can draw the following conclusions: SK hand scraped polyurea is more suitable for the concrete dam spillway surface damage repair.
