摘要
针对海外项目EPC招标文件的业主要求、合同条款以及报价时需要调查的人、材、机计价要素与现场条件3个大项,提出了对EPC项目投标报价影响大或容易忽略的要点,供从事海外工程报价的同行参考。
In this essay, employer requirement, contract condition of the tender documents of overseas EPC project and research information such as manpower, equipment, material elements and site condition are referred and studied to raise the key points which may affect the project cost in tender preparation. Key points raised in this essay can be used as reference for future overseas project quotation preparation.
