钝针刀辨位松解联合运动康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的临床研究

Blunt-Acupotomy Located Lysis Combined with Exercise Rehabilitation for Postoperative Syndrome of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察钝针刀辨位松解联合运动康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征的疗效,并探讨其发病机理。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,在中药熏蒸治疗基础上,观察组采用钝针刀辨位松解联合运动康复治疗,对照组则给予电针治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS、JOA评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组优良率为77.50%,显著高于对照组的55.00%(P<0.01)。结论:钝针刀辨位松解联合运动康复治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后综合征安全可行、疗效确切,且远期疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of blunt-acupotomy located lysis combined with exercise rehabilitation for postoperative syndrome of lumbar disc herniation, and investigate its pathogenesis. Methods： 80 cases of patients with postoperative syndrome of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）, on the basis of herbal fumigation, the observation group treated by blunt-acupotomy located lysis combined with exercise rehabilitation, while control group by electroacupuncture therapy, and observed the efficacy of two groups. Results： After treatment, the improvement of VAS and JOA scores of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）; the excellent rate of observation group was 77.50%, which was significantly higher than 55.00% that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Blunt-acupotomy located lysis combined with exercise rehabilitation which is safe and feasible has an obvious curative effect and long-term efficacy on postoperative syndrome of lumbar disc herniation, deserves clinical promotion and application.
