探究温馨助产护理用于产妇产后出血护理中的效果

目的:探讨温馨助产护理用于产妇产后出血护理中的应用价值。方法:将我院2014年4月~2016年7月间60例围产期产妇随机分常规组和观察组各30例,分别给予常规助产护理模式、温馨助产护理模式,对比两组产妇的出血量、产后出血情况、满意度。结果:观察组出血量、发生率显著低于常规组;观察组满意度显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对产妇行温馨助产模式,可减少产妇出血量,提高患者舒服度和整体护理水平,该护理模式具有可行性。

Objective： To explore the application value of warm midwifery care in maternal postpartum hemorrhage nursing. Methods： From April 2014 to July 2016, 60 cases of perinatal maternal were randomly divided into two groups： the routine nursing group, the routine nursing and nursing model, the comparison of the two groups of maternal The amount of bleeding, postpartum hemorrhage, satisfaction. Results： The rate of bleeding was significantly lower in the observation group than in the conventional group; the satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The model of maternal maternal warming can reduce maternal bleeding, improve patient comfort and overall nursing level. The nursing model is feasible.
