龙氏治脊疗法配合中药透入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine with the long's spinal therapy of lumbar discherniation

目的:探究在腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗中采用龙氏治脊疗法配合中药透入治疗效果。方法:将2015年7月~2017年1月在我院治疗的腰椎间盘突出患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组进行龙氏治脊疗法配合中药透入治疗,对照组进行腰腿部单纯按摩手法放松及TDP照射治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗4周后,两组患者的疗效均较治疗2周显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者经过为期3个月的治疗后随访显示治疗组患者的病症无复发情况,对照组有患者出现复发病症5例。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症的临床治疗中应用龙氏治脊疗法配合中药透入治疗能够显著改善患者的临床症状,有利于患者的机体恢复。

Objective： To explore the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in the use of Long＇s ridge therapy with traditional Chinese medicine penetration treatment. Methods： 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n=60）. The treatment group was treated with Long＇s ridge therapy and traditional Chinese medicine. Group of lumbar and leg massage method to relax and TDP irradiation treatment, compared the two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Results： After 4 weeks of treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was significantly improved （P〈0.05）, and the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Two patients after 3 months of follow-up after treatment showed that the treatment group of patients without recurrence of the disease, the control group of patients with recurrent disease in 5 cases. Conclusion： The treatment of lumbar disc herniation with Long＇s ridge therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine penetration therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, is conducive to the recovery of the patient＇ s body.
