对丝绸之路上佉卢文买卖契约的探讨

A Discussion on the Sales Contracts in Kharosthi Script Discovered along the Silk Road

在丝绸之路南道上的尼雅、楼兰遗址中,出土有数十件佉卢文土地、人口买卖契约,在公元3~4世纪一百多年的发展中,出现了许多吸收汉文契式因素的新变化,它是鄯善国与汉、晋王朝政治、经济关系日益密切的结果。丝路上鄯善国官民与汉族官民频繁的经济贸易交往,使中原契约文化及其契式与内容很自然地被鄯善人所吸收,并融入于佉卢文契约中,呈现出经济上的相互依存,带来文化上认同的发展特点。其特点展现出了一千多年前中华民族文化多元一体性的构建。

From the Niya Site and Loulan Site along the southern route of the Silk Road,there unearthed dozens of contracts on land transaction and population trade in Kharosthi script. Many new changes absorbing features of the contractual documents in Han character occured in a developing process over100 years from the 3rd century to the 4th century and this is a consequence of increasingly close politic and economic relationship between the Kingdom of Shanshan and the Han,Jin dynasties. Frequent economic and trade exchanges between the officials and civilians of both the Kingdom of Shanshan and Han people made it easy for the Shanshan people to absorb the contractual culture of the Central Plains,to learn the format and content of the contracts from the Han people,and to blend all these into the contracts in Kharosthi script. This presents a feature of development that economic interdependence causes cultural identity,and shows the construction of the cultural pluralistic integration of the Chinese nation more than a thousand years ago.
