Application of New Media in Linguistic Cultural Inheritance

由于人口流动、环境改变等原因,汉语方言功能不断弱化,其所承载的文化也危在旦夕。各地方言文化是我国语言文化的重要组成部分,应使用新媒体,通过网络努力构建方言社群,搭建交流平台,强化方言文化的实用功能和情感交流功能,更新其传播形式,促进中华优秀语言文化传承和传播。在此过程中,可将网络视频作为主要手段,以众包作为主要策略,以青少年作为关键群体。

Due to the population flow and the change of environment, the function of and the cultural elements in the Chinese dialects are diminishing. We argue that the new media could be used to protect the Chinese dialect culture, an important part of Chinese language culture. We can create virtual dialect communities and offer platforms for communications, strengthening the practical use and emotive employment of dialect culture and renewing the means of transmission, all of which will greatly enhance the inheritance and spread of Chinese language culture. The adolescents play a key role in linguistic cultural inheritance, and network video could be used as the principal means and crowd sourcing as the main tactic.
