复方利多卡因乳膏预处理在经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用

目的 观察复方利多卡因乳膏预处理在经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗中的镇痛效果.方法 将2016年1～9月在火箭军总医院心内科行冠状动脉介入治疗的100例冠心病患者随机分为2组：试验组和对照组,各50例.试验组给予复方利多卡因乳膏2.5 g/10 cm2预处理,对照组给予利多卡因局部浸润麻醉,以视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分评估患者的疼痛程度,对试验组与对照组的疼痛值进行比较.结果 穿刺时及穿刺后试验组无痛率分别为90％和96％,均明显高于对照组的无痛率.试验组穿刺成功率为96％,高于对照组的成功率.试验组有1例出现皮肤潮红,其余未见不良反应发生.结论 复方利多卡因乳膏预处理在经桡动脉冠状动脉介入术中镇痛效果优于利多卡因对照组,具有安全有效、使用简单方便等特点,在临床工作中具有重要的应用价值.

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of Compound Lidocaine Cream pretreatment in coronary interventional therapy by radial artery.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing coronary intervention in our department were randomly divided into two groups：the experimental group and the control group,50 cases in each group from January 2016 to September 2016.The experimental group was given Compound Lidocaine Cream 2.5 g/10 cm2 pretreatment,lidocaine local infiltration anesthesia was administered in the control group.Pain levels were assessed by visual analogue scale （VAS） score,to compare the pain of the experimental group and the control group.Results Painless rate of Puncture time and after puncture was 90% and 96% respectively,significantly higher than those in the control group.The success rate of puncture in the test group was 96%,higher than that in the control group.The test group had 1 case of skin flushing,no adverse reactions were found in the others.Conclusion The analgesic effect of Compound Lidocaine Cream pretreatment in coronary interventional therapy by radial artery is superior to that of lidocaine control group,it has the characteristics of safe,effective,easy to use.It has important application value in clinical work.
