摘要 目的根据中医学科大学生自身的身心状态特点,解析中医学科教育管理方法。方法通过对中医院校本科生、研究生两类人群进行身心状态调查,分析其在学习过程中的身心特点,形成有针对性的中医学教育管理方案。结果本科生身心状态与性别、年龄、地域有关,并趋于分化状态。与本科生相比,研究生更易出现心理疲劳。结论针对不同年级的本科生,应依据其年龄、性别、地域等进行有针对性的分层管理,同时针对研究生特殊学生群体的心理状况应进行人生规划指导与心理建设管理。 Objective According to the characteristics of physieal and mental state of Chinese medicine students themselves, to ana- lyze the management methods of traditional Chinese medicine education. Methods Through the investigation of physical and mental status of undergraduates and postgraduates in colleges and universities of TCM, the authors analyzed the characteristics of physical and mental in learning engineering, and formed a targeted educational management plan of TCM. Results Undergraduates physieal and mental state and gender, age, geographical, disease tends to differentiate. Comparing with undergraduates, postgraduates are more prone to mental fatigue. Conclusion According to their age, gender and region, the undergraduates of different grades should be managed in different levels. At the same time, it should guide the life of the special student groups and guide their psychological eonstruction and management.
