摘要
本文整理李方玲先生治疗老年痴呆的临床经验体会以供同道参考。李方玲先生认为:痴呆临床多见善忘,智力减退,性情改变。病位在心肾,病机为心肾功能减退,主要病理因素为痰瘀。治法当以补益心肾、涤痰开窍为主。
The clinical experience of Mr. Li Fangling in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease for reference was sorted out. Mr. Li Fan- gling thought that the main clinical manifestations are dementia forgetful, mental dysfunction and personality change. The location of the disease is in the heart and kidney, and the pathogenesis is the decline of the heart and kidney, the main pathological factors is phlegm stagnation. The treatment is invigorating heart and kidney, eliminating phlegm and resuscitation.
