养阴清热利咽汤治疗喉源性咳嗽62例

Yangyin Qingre Liyan Decoction in the Treatment of Laryngeal Cough for 62 Cases

目的观察自拟养阴清热利咽汤加减治疗喉源性咳嗽阴虚肺热型的疗效。方法 2014年7月—2016年6月中医门诊的62例患者应用养阴清热利咽汤随症加减治疗。结果治愈35例,好转21例,未愈6例,总有效率90.3%。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the self-made modified Yangyin Qingre Liyan decoction in the treatment of laryngeal cough of yin deficiency due to lung heat. Methods 62 cases of patients in TCM clinic from July 2014 to June 2016 applied Yangyin Qingre Liyan decoction with symptoms. Results 35 cases were cured, 21 cases were improved, 6 cases were invalid, and the total effective rate was 90.3%.
