补阳还五汤加减治疗2型糖尿病肾病30例

Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy for 30 Cases

目的探讨补阳还五汤治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月—2016年6月收治的60例2型糖尿病肾病患者作为本次研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。给予对照组患者常规治疗方式,观察组在此基础上联合补阳还五汤治疗,观察2组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率达96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组的66.67%(20/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血浆总胆固醇、三酰甘油、尿微量蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、全血粘度、纤维蛋白及血浆比粘度指标较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白水平较对照组明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤能够显著提高2型糖尿病肾病治疗效果,改善患者血脂指标,调节尿蛋白、血液黏度,安全可靠,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods In our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, 60 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients were selected as the research objects. Using the method of random numbers table, they were divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases） . The control group was given routine treatment. Patients in the observation group were given Buyang Huanwu decoction based on the control group. The clinical therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67% （29/30） which was significantly higher than 66.67% （20/30） of the control group, and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . The plasma total cholesterol, triglyeeride, urine micro protein, 24 h urine protein quantitative, whole blood viscosity, fibrin and plasma ratio viscosity index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . The HDL levels of the observation group were significantly elevated, and there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, improve blood lipid index, adjust the urine protein, blood viscosity, is safe and reliable, and has clinical promotion value.
