摘要
目的探讨贝那普利联合健脾补肾方治疗糖尿病性肾病(DN)的临床治疗作用。方法 108例IV期DN患者随机分为贝那普利组和中西医结合组(贝那普利联合健脾补肾方),比较2组治疗8周的疗效差别。结果中西医结合组总有效率(92.59%)显著高于贝那普利组(70.37%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后24h尿蛋白、收缩压、舒张压均显著低于同组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西医结合组24 h尿蛋白、收缩压和舒张压均显著低于贝那普利组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合健脾补肾方治疗IV期DN具有较好临床疗效,从健脾补肾角度治疗Ⅳ期DN可能为较好的思路。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of benazepril combined with strengthening spleen for invigorating kidney recipe in treating stage IV diabetic nephropathy (DN) . Methods A total of 108 cases of patients with DN from Liaoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into the benazepril group was treated with benazepril and combination traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with benazepril combine with strengthening spleen for invigorating kidney recipe. The difference of clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups after 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the combination traditional Chinese and Western medicine group (92.59%) was significantly higher than that in the benazepril group (70.37%) (P〈O.05) . The 24h urinary protein, systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure in the both groups before treatment was significantly lower than that in the same group after treatment (P〈0.05) . After treatment, the 24h urinary protein, systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure in the combination traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly lower than that in the benazepril group (P〈0.05) . Conclusion Benazepril combined with strength- ening spleen for invigorating kidney recipe had better clinical effect in treating of stage IV diabetic nephropathy, and it may be a better way to treat IV phase DN from the angle of strengthening spleen for invigorating kidney.
