康复新液联合安普贴外敷治疗压疮的应用

The Application of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with External Application of Apragaz Stick in Patients with Pressure Ulcers

目的观察康复新液联合安普贴对各期压疮患者治疗效果的不同,为临床护理工作提供进一步的指导。方法从本院选取65例压疮患者作为研究对象,按照患者的严重程度分为:淤血红润期患者27例,炎性侵润期患者26例,溃疡期患者12例。从3期中分别随机选取13例、13例、6例作为对照组;剩余的14例、13例、6例三期压疮患者作为试验组。2组均给予防治压疮的常规护理措施,对照组常规消毒后覆无菌纱布,每天换药1次;试验组常规清创消毒后用浸有康复新液的纱布紧贴在创面上,待伤口以及周边组织干燥后用安普贴薄膜外敷,根据情况给予换药治疗。结果试验组与对照组相比,3期压疮患者创面完全愈合的时间明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(F=234.56,P<0.05)。而且试验组的治疗效果明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(F=0.012,0.015,0.021,均P<0.05。结论康复新液联合安普贴能够明显缩短压疮创面的愈合时间,疗效更佳。

Objective To observe the effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with external application of apragaz stick in patients with pressure ulcers, and to provide further guidance for clinical nursing work. Methods we selected 65 cases of patients with pressure ulcers as the research objects, according to the severity of the patients, and they were divided into the follnwing group： 27 patients with blood clot ruddy period, 26 patients with inflammatory invasion period and 12 patients with ulcer stage. From three periods, 13 cases, 13 cases and 6 cases were randomly selected as eontrnl group. The rest of the 14 cases, 13 cases and 6 cases of the third phase of patients with pressure ulcers were seleeted as experimental group. Two groups were given conventional nursing measures, prevention and control of pressure sores in the eontrul group after rnutine disinfection with sterile gauze handage daily one time. The experimental group used routine debridement after disinfection with dip new liquid recuvery gauze on the wound, clinging to treat the wound and surrounding tissue after dry film with apragaz external treatment, according to the situation to change medicine treatment. Results The experimental gToup was compared with the control group, the third phase of patients with pressure ulcers wound completely obviously shorten the healing time, and the difference was statistically significant （F = 234.56, P 〈 0.05） . The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （F = 0.012, 0,012, 0.015, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with external application ot＇ apragaz stick can obviously shorten the healing time of wound pressure ulcers, and the curative effect is hetter.
