小儿发热是儿科最常见的病症之一,对机体危害较大,过高的体温使机体各种调节机能紊乱,特别是大脑皮层的调节功能失常,患儿易出现神昏、惊厥,甚至死亡。迄今为止退热疗法种类繁多。对近10年有关推拿治疗小儿发热的文献及研究进行梳理,并加以比较,希望有助于临床合理应用。

The authors sorted out and compared the literature and research that relate to Tuina in the treatment infantile fever for almost 10 years, in order to help clinical reasonable application.
