中医院校医学生脊柱科临床实习教学思考

Clinical spine practice with critical thinking of traditional medical students Thinking on the Clinical Practice Teaching of Spine Medical Students in University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

临床实习是整个医学教育的重要部分,也是一个医学生向临床医生转变的必经过程,是培养医学生的关键环节。脊柱科教学作为中医骨伤及针灸推拿专业医学生临床实习的重要组成部分,在临床中常作为一个重点实习科室对实习生进行培养教育,结合我院临床教学实际,总结该科临床实习教学方法,归纳为以下几点:(I)因材施教,制定实习计划;(2)结合实际病例分析,采用CBL+PBL教学法查房示教;(3)脊柱内窥镜手术观摩与教学;(4)住院病历书写培训及出科考核。

Clinical practice is an important part of medical education, which is the essential process changing from a medical student to a clinician and the key link of training medical students. As the most significant part of clinical practice with medical students of traditional medical traumatology and orthopedics and acupuncture and tuina science, spinal diseases teaching is the key practice department to train internships. Depending on reality of clinical teaching in our hospital, the author summarized the clinical practice teaching methods as follows： teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, making internship programs, combination of real ease analysis, teaching rounds based on CBL and PBL to observe and teach endoscopic spinal surgery, medical writing training and rotation examination.
