刘铁军教授治疗肝硬化经验浅析

Analysis on the Experience of Professor Liu Tiejun in Treating Liver Cirrhosis

从继承、整理名老中医经验角度,笔者对导师刘铁军教授治疗肝硬化经验进行了全面总结,认为肝硬化病名多种兼见,将代偿期肝硬化归于"肝积"、"胁痛"、"积聚"等范畴,病理因素以"肝郁、湿热、血瘀"为主,倡导"肝气郁结、肝胆湿热、肝络瘀阻"是肝硬化的主要病机,治疗当以疏肝解郁,清利湿热为首务,并通过典型医案,反应刘教授诊疗肝硬化的思路,以飨读者。

From the perspective of inheriting and sorting out the experience of famous veteran doctors of traditional Chinese medicine, the author made a comprehensive summary of the tutor Professor Liu Tiejun on his experience of treating hepatic cirrhosis, held the opinion that the name of hepatic sclerosis varies, and attributes deeompensated cirrhosis to the scope of ＂ liver accumulation＂ , ＂ hypochondriac pain＂ and ＂ abdominal mass＂ , which are pathological factors. The paper was mainly based on ＂ liver depression, hot and humid, blood stasis＂ , advocated that ＂ stagnation in liver qi, hepatobiliary damp heat, stagnation in liver channel＂ are the main pathogeneses of hepatic cirrhosis, when it comes to treating, making relieving the depressed liver, clearing heat and eliminating dampness as the first tasks. At the same time, the paper reflected the treatment and diagnosis thought of Professor Liu in hepatic cir rhosis through typical medical eases to present to the readers.
