胃尔康片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Weierkang Tablets in the Treatment of Chronicatrophic Gastritis

目的观察胃尔康片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃阴不足证临床疗效。方法将60例慢性萎缩性胃炎胃阴不足证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30人,给予胃尔康片治疗;对照组30人,给予维酶素片。3个月后观察2组患者症状、体征,比较两组患者胃镜及胃粘膜组织病理学检查。结果治疗组痊愈率26.7%、总有效率93.3%;对照组痊愈率13.3%、总有效率80%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃尔康片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎胃阴不足证疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Weierkang pills in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis caused by deficiency of stomach yin. Methods Sixty cases of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Weierkang pills. The control group adopted the Vitacoenzyme tablets. The clinical effect of two groups of patients in syndrome, Electronic gastroscopy and gastric mucosa after continuously administration 3 months were observed and compared. Results In the treatment group, the cure rate was 26.7%, and the total effective rate was 93.3%. In the control group,the cure rate was 13.3%, and the total effective rate was 80%. The cure rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, and there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Weierkang pills in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis caused by deficiency of stomach yin has curative effect.
