中西医结合治疗高血压脑出血的研究现状

The Current Research Situation of Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

高血压脑出血(HICH)是脑血管疾病中死亡率最高的一种疾病。根据流行病学调查,我国HICH每年发病率为50.6~80.7/10万人口[1],严重威胁了人们的健康,而且大多数患者会遗留不同程度的神经功能缺损,对日后的生活及工作造成了极大的影响。在中医学HICH属于"出血性中风"的范畴,中西医结合治疗可以有效降低病死率及病残率,值得深入推广与研究。

Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （HICH） is a common serious harm to human health, but also has the highest mortality of eerebrovaseular disease. According to the epidemiological investigation, the incidence of HICH in our coiantry is 50.6 to 80.7/10 million per year, which is a serious threat to people＇s health. In traditional Chinese medicine, HICH belongs to the ＂ hemor- rhagic stroke＂ category, the treatment can effectively reduce the mortality rate of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine, reduce the disability rate, and is worthy of further promotion and research.
