药学类专业理论与实验教学模式的改革研究

随着医药事业的飞速发展,社会市场对药学类人才的要求越来越高,药学类专业理论与实验教学是培养药学类专业综合型人才的重要环节,建立符合药学类综合型人才培养规律的理论与实验教学模式,能够提升中医药院校药学类人才的专业水平,促进药学类专业人才培养与社会时代发展的和谐统一。本文通过考察我校药学类专业理论与实验教学的现状,究其问题之根本,提出相应的改进措施,并付诸实践,以提高本校药学类专业理论与实验教学质量,全面地培养综合型药学人才。

With the rapidly development of pharmaceutical industry, the demand for pharmaceuticalprofessionals is getting higher and higher in the social market. Theoretical and experiment teaching of pharmacy specially is an important part of cultivating comprehensive pharmaceutical professionals. To establish a theoretical and experimental teaching model in accordance with the law of the cultivation of comprehensive professionals, it can enhance the professional level of pharmaceutical professionals in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and promote the harmonious unification of talents cultivation and social development. In this paper, through the investigation of the current situation of theory and experiment teaching of pharmacy specialty in our university, the author explored the roots of the problem, put forward the corresponding improvement measures, and put it into practice, in order to improve the theory and experiment teaching quality of pharmacy specialty in our university and cultivate the comprehensive pharmaceutical professionals.
