基于社区健康管理的胸痹心痛防治模式研究

Study on the Prevention and Treatment Mode of Chest Stuffiness and Precordial Pain Based on the Community Health Management

目的将胸痹心痛诊疗规范在社区进行推广,探索建立基于社区健康管理的胸痹心痛防治模式。方法入选胸痹心痛病人,不设对照组。在常规西医治疗基础上,按胸痹心痛诊疗规范予对症治疗,疗程为4周。以心绞痛发作程度和次数、心电图改善、硝酸甘油减停率等为主要观察指标,比较治疗前后疗效差异。同时通过阶段培训、健康管理等建立信息化服务网络,提高患者依从性。结果将胸痹心痛诊疗规范在社区进行了推广,初步建立了基于社区健康管理的胸痹心痛的防治模式。结论基于社区健康管理的胸痹心痛防治模式是胸痹心痛的有效防治方案。

Objective To promote the diagnosis and treatment standardization of chest stuffiness and precordial pain in community, and to explore the establishment of prevention and treatment mode of community-based health management. Methods Patients. with chest stuffiness and precordial pain were selected. There was no control group. On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment, according to TCM treatment standardization for patients with chest stuffiness and pains, the total treatment time was 4 weeks. The improvement of the score of pain intensity, the frequency of angina, ECG efficacy and effects of decreased dose of sorbidenitrate were the primary effective value for the clinical treatment plan verification, we observed the index change at different time points, and compared difference between two groups pre and post treatment. At the same time, through the stage of training, health management tO establish information service network, the compliance of patient was enhanced. Results The diagnosis and treatment standardization of chest stuffiness and precordial pain was promoted in community, the prevention and treatment mode of TCM chest stuffiness and pains based on community health management was preliminary established. Conclusion The prevention and treatment mode of TCM chest stuffiness and precordial pain based on community health management is an effective disease prevention and treatment of chest stuffiness and pains.
