摘要
随着现代生活节奏的加快,不寐的发病率日渐上升,严重影响了人们的生活质量。现代生活压力的增加、生活方式的改变,导致脾胃运化失常、中焦气机升降失调,进而导致不寐的发生。何华教授总结多年临床经验,从脾胃入手,以保和丸为基础方,通过补益脾胃、化湿和中、调畅中焦气机等法则治疗不寐,临床上每获良效。本文将其临床经验进行总结。
Along with the modern life rhythm speeding up, the incidence of insomnia is rising, which seriously influenced the quality of people's life. The increasing pressure of modern life and the changing of the lifestyle lead to the dysfunction of the spleen and stomach and the imbalance of qi activities of organs, which result in insomnia. Professor He Hua treats insomnia based on her clinical evidences. She is adept in the aspect of spleen and stomach and based on Baohe pill, and then employs the method of reinforcing the function of spleen and stomach and driving dampness evil away, and regulating qi activities of organs, which has a better clinical effect. Experience was summarized as follows.
