止带散联合微波在复发性霉菌性阴道炎中的应用

The Application of Zhidan Powder Combined with Microwave in RVVC

目的探讨止带散联合微波在复发性霉菌性阴道炎中的应用效果,为临床实践提供可行性依据。方法选取60例确诊为复发性霉菌性阴道炎的患者作为研究对象,采用单盲随机数字分组法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组30例。2组患者均予清热除湿外洗方行阴道冲洗,对照组予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上予止带散联合微波治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较2组患者的临床疗效、复发率、中医证候疗效以及临床症状消失时间。结果治疗2个疗程后,研究组患者临床疗效、中医症候疗效治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组,研究组患者停药后复发率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者外阴触痛、外阴瘙痒、黏膜充血、白带异常等临床症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗的基础上,予止带散联合微波治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎,既可缩短疗程、提高治愈率,又可降低复发率,且安全可靠、无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of Zhidan powder combined with microwave in RVVC, and to provide a feasi- ble basis for clinical practice. Methods Sixty patients who were diagnosed with RVVC in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into eontrol group and study group by single blind random number grouping. Two groups of patients were treated with dehumidification and deodorization, and the control group was also treated with nitrofuraitonin vaginal soft capsule. The study group was also treated with Zhidan powder combined with microwave on the basis of the control group. After 2 courses of treatment, the clinical effect, recurrence rate, TCM syndromes and disappearance of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment for 2 courses, the clinical curative effect, the cure rate and the total effective rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group. The reeurrenee rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05） . The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as vulvar tenderness, genital itching, mueosal congestion and leucorrhea of the study group was shorter than that of the control group （P 〈0.01） . Conclusion On the basis of the treatment of nitrofurantotin vaginal soft capsule, Zhidan powder eombined with microwave can reduce the treatment, improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate, it is safe and reliable, no adverse reaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
