血府逐瘀汤临床应用举隅

Clinical Application of the Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction

血府逐瘀汤系《医林改错》名方,具有活血化瘀,理气止痛之功效。主治血瘀气滞所致之多种疾病,临床运用必须辨证准确。瘀血既为病理产物又为病理因素,且瘀血产生的病理因素多种多样,因此临床当灵活加减运用,兼顾标本,勿使伤正。在长期临床工作中,笔者依据部分男科疾病的病理变化运用血府逐瘀汤治疗阳痿,少弱精子症,慢性前列腺炎等男科疾病,获得较好临床疗效。

Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is a famous prescription in Yilin Gaicuo, with promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and qi analgesic effects. It attends qi and blood stasis caused by various diseases, and clinical application must be the syndrome differentiation accurately. Blood stasis is the pathological products and the pathological factors, and blood stasis produces various pathological factors. Therefore, the clinical use should be flexible and treating both manifestation and root cause of disease. In the longterm clinical work, the author based on the part of the male disease pathological changes applies the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treating erectile dysfunction, chronic prostatitis and oligospermia, and obtained a better clinical effect.
