摘要
多年来,韩国的经济取得了较快发展,但是韩国的劳动时间和劳动强度并没有随着经济发展和社会的进步而缩短,缩短劳动时间成为近年来韩国劳资关系面临的三大焦点问题之一。据统计,韩国的劳动时间在OECD成员国中排名一直高居不下,为什么韩国的长时间劳动现象这么严重?成因又是什么?都值得深思。本文从低收入工资体系、劳动时间特别规定、综合薪酬制度等几个方面入手,分析韩国长时间劳动现状和成因。
Recent years, the economy of the South Korea achieved rapid economic growth, but the labor time and the labor intensity in South Korea did not reduce at the same time. To shorten the labor time becomes one of the three most focus issues of labor relationship in South Korea recently. According to some statistics, the labor time of the South Korea is the highest among all the OECD member states. Why dose South Korea has such a serious problem of long-time labor? What is the cause? Both of these two questions are considerable. This paper starts from low-income system, special privations of labor time and comprehensive salary system to analyze the present situation and the causes of long-time labor in South Korea.
