Clinical experience of Professor Shi Zhichao in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children

咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)是以慢性咳嗽为主要或唯一临床表现、不伴明显喘息的一种特殊类型性哮喘,中医学大致可将其分属于"咳嗽"、"久咳"、"哮证"、"喘证"等范畴。石志超教授在临床中善以辨证论治为根本应万变,推崇辨证与辨病相结合。本文以作者跟师学习的过程为基础,浅谈石志超教授辨治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的辨证思想、特殊用药及医案分析。

Cough variant asthma （CVA） is a special type of asthma with chronic cough as the main or only clinical manifestation without significant wheezing, and it can be classified as ＂cough＂, ＂long cough＂ and ＂asthma＂ and ＂gasping syndrome＂ category in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Shi Zhichao is good to treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and promotes combination of differentiation and disease. This article is based on the process of learning with the teacher, to introduce dialectical thought, the special medicine and medical case analysis of Professor Shi Zhichao in treating cough variant asthma in children.
