知信行健康教育干预对胃癌患者健康知识及自我效能感的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的知信行健康教育干预对胃癌患者健康知识及自我效能感的影响。方法 149例胃癌手术患者,随机分为观察组(74例)和对照组(75例),对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用知信行健康教育。比较两组的健康知识掌握以及自我效能感情况。结果观察组疾病认知、手术目的、术前饮食要求、术前准备、生活方式、心理调节、术后康复保健、注意事项、按时复诊的健康知识得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.13、13.21、13.56、16.53、19.54、18.90、13.79、13.67、8.72,P<0.01)。两组患者干预前的自我效能感各方面的评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后观察组的积极的态度、自我减压、自我决策以及总评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.58、3.02、12.87、4.11,P<0.01)。结论知信行健康教育能够满足胃癌患者的手术信息需求,增加患者健康知识的掌握,提高自我效能感。 Objective To investigate influence by knowledge-attitude-practice health education intervention on health knowledge and self-efficacy in patients with stomach cancer. Methods A total of 149 patients with stomach cancer were randomly divided into observation group (74 cases) and control group (75 cases). The control group received conventional heahh education, and the observation group received knowledgeattitude-practice health education. Comparison was made on mastery of health knowledge and self-efficacy situation in patients between the two groups. Results The observation group had all higher health knowledge scores of disease cognition, operation purpose, preoperative diet requirement, preoperative preparation, mode of life, mental regulation, postoperative rehabilitation care, notices and punctual subsequent visit than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (t=14.13, 13.21, 13.56, 16.53, 19.54, 18.90, 13.79, 13.67, 8.72, P〈0.01). There was no statistically significant difference of scores in self-efficacy before intervention between the two groups (P〉0.05). After intervention, the observation group had all higher active attitude score, self-decompression score, self-decision score and total score than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (t=4.58, 3.02, 12.87, 4.11, P〈0.01). Conclusion Knowledge-attitude-practice health education can meet the need for operation information by patients with stomach cancer, and it can enhance their mastery of health knowledge and improve their self-efficacy.
