小型U形玻璃钢渠道抗冻胀数值模拟

摘要 玻璃钢渠道在我国北方部分灌溉渠道建设中得到应用,其抗冻胀效果得到普遍认可。由于地区差异大,其性能表现也可能存在差异。本文以辽宁新宾县渠道工程为例,通过ANSYS有限元分析,对小型U形玻璃钢渠道模型、混凝土渠道模型的抗冻胀性能进行对比,结果表明:两类渠道模型保温性能差异很小;与混凝土渠道相比,小型U形玻璃钢渠道韧性更强、应力分散作用更显著,小型U形玻璃钢渠道可以更好地维持渠道衬砌板稳定性。 Glass fiber reinforced plastics have been applied in building of irrigation channels in North China and its freezing risistance effects have obtained high approval. However, due to big regional variance, their performance might vary. This article puts channel project in Xinbin County, Liaoning as an example. Through ANSYS finite element analysis, it carries out comparison on small-scaled U-shaped glass steel channel model and concrete channel model. Results show that the two channel models show minor difference in property of thermal conservation. Compared with concrete channel, small - scaled U - shape glass steel channels are better in tenacity and more significant in stress dispersion effect, so stability of canal lining can be better maintained.
