摘要
以棕刚玉、碳化硅、炭粉、白刚玉、金属硅等为原料制备Al2O3-Si C-C质铁沟浇注料,并研究了金属硅加入量对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着金属硅加入量的增加,110℃干燥后的显气孔率先上升后下降,随后又上升,体积密度、抗折、耐压强度的变化规律与之呈相反的趋势;1 450℃热处理后,随着硅的增加,显气孔率的趋势与110℃干燥后的类似,材料的体积密度降低,各强度则有所增加;金属硅加入量为1.0%的试样的线膨胀系数要小于加入量为1.9%的试样。综合Al2O3-Si C-C铁沟料在使用过程中各方面的性能要求,在现有技术工艺下,金属硅较为合适的加入量为1.9%。
Al2O3-SiC-C iron trough castables were prepared by using brown corundum, silicon carbide, carbon powder, white corundum and silicon metal as raw materials, and the effect of silicon metal addition on the properties of castables was studied. The results show that with the increase of silicon metal content, the apparent porosity after drying at 110 ℃ increases at first and then decreases, and increases again, and the change of bulk density, bending strength , crushing strength has the opposite trend; After heat treatment at 1 450 ℃, with the increase of silicon metal, the trend of apparent porosity is similar to that of 1 10℃, the bulk density of the material decreases and all strengths increase; The linear expansion coefficient of the sample with 1.0% silicon metal addition was lower than that of sample with 1.9% addition. Considering all aspects of performance requirements of Al2O3-SiC-C iron trough castables, under current technology, suitable silicon metal content is 1.9%.
