京津冀协同发展背景下图书馆合作方式探析

Analysis on the cooperation mode of libraries under the background of collaborative development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province

京津冀协同发展已上升为国家战略,2015年11月,京津冀公共图书馆联盟成立,三地图书馆之间的合作更加密切。文章简要分析了京津冀三地图书馆的发展现状,借京津冀协同发展的机遇,推进三地图书馆的纵向合作与横向合作,就合作发展机制、搭建合作共享平台、推进总分馆的服务管理体系、加强图书馆的横向合作等方面提出切实可行的方案和意见,为图书馆的合作发展提供新的思路。

As the collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province has become a national strategy, the cooperation between the libraries in the three cities become stronger since the public library union was established in November, 2015. This paper briefly analyzes the current development of libraries in the three cities and put forward feasible plans and opinions on cooperation and development mechanism, builds cooperation platform and service and management system, provides new ideas for cooperation between libraries in a bid to advance the vertical cooperation and horizontal cooperation between the libraries of the three places by taking the opportunity of collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province.
