战略管理是对企业战略的管理过程,包括战略制定和战略实施。文章结合当前我国医药流通企业的实际情况和未来发展趋势,深入分析了我国医药流通企业在战略管理方面存在的问题,并就医药流通企业如何有效实施战略管理工作提出了改进建议。
Strategic management is the process of enterprise strategic management, including strategy formulation and strategy implementation.
