文章着眼于常州市省级工程技术研究中心的实际情况,对2016年绩效评估的结果进行分析,指出存在的问题和获得的成绩,并创新管理思路,从进一步加强和完善省级工程技术研究中心管理的角度提出意见及建议。

This article analyzes performance evaluation results in 2016 based on practical situations of the Provincial Engineering and Technology Research Centers in Changzhou, points out existing problems and achievements, and makes some innovations on management. It also proposes suggestions for further strengthening management on Provincial Engineering and Technology Research Centers.
