The resuhs of market analysis show that the new type of chargers have a broad market demand as it is not only beautiful, personalized, but also safe to use and free to be reserved which instill in them strong commercial value and social value. The chargers are designed such as to include 4 parts： charging circuit, automatic stop circuit on completion of charging, electricity isolation circuit and reservation circuit. This paper based on the test results shows that the chargers are safe to use and can be reserved, which contributes to the extension of battery life.
