河南省城镇体系空间优化研究

Study on Urban Spatial Structure Optimization in Henan Province

新型城镇化是引领河南省城镇体系整体加速发展的重要切入点,而城镇体系空间布局结构又是支撑新型城镇化发展的主要载体。首先,以河南省地级市、县级市、县城共126个单元为基本分析单位,采用城镇密度法和分形理论研究城镇体系的空间布局,结果显示:河南省城镇体系呈现城镇密度分布不均、中心指向性集聚等特征。其次,从豫中、豫北、豫西、豫东、豫南五大区域层面,采用不平衡指数法分析区域间城镇化差异,探讨土地、产业、经济、人口等要素的优化调控。最后,结合河南省新型城镇化、城市群等发展契机与机遇,提出科学规划城镇体系、合理调整空间布局、发挥区域自身优势、促进"三化"协调发展、加强生态城镇建设等空间优化的对策建议。

Firstly, using 126 prefecture-level or county-level cities and counties in Henan Province as the basic unit of analysis, adopt the theory of urban density method and fractal to explain uneven distribution of urban density, distribution centers and other gathering directivity of urban system in Henan. Secondly, from the five re- gional level of Henan Province, using unbalanced index, in-depth analysis of the differences between the urban ar- ea to explore the optimization regulation of land, industrial, economic, demographic and other factors; Finally, combining the new urbanization, urban agglomerations and other development chances and opportunities and advan- cing space, put forward optimization suggestions which include scientific planning urban system, reasonably read- justing spatial layout, playing area own advantages, promoting the ＂three＂ coordinated development, strengthening ecological towns construction, etc.
