摘要
在提高短耐指标时,为了准确检测万能式断路器触头压力,而不盲目增加触头压力,增大机构储能弹簧的负担。通过建立三维模型,具体参数计算,给出了一种较为准确的测量方法,来快速判定实际断路器中触头压力是否达到设计值,为断路器结构突破改进提供参考。
If there is no a new mechanical structure to improve short time withstand current to bear energy storage spring pressure, how to accurately detect the contact pressure of body to meet resistance index of the pressure value is very important. Not to blindly increase the contact pressure, increase the burden of energy storage spring. With the idea,through the three-dimensional model and the specific parameter calculation,this paper put forward a more accurate measurement, to quickly determine whether the actual circuit breaker contact pressure to reach the design value, which provides the reference for improving the structure breakthrough of circuit breaker.
