瞬态冲击电流发生设备的设计

摘要 针对GB/T 31465.1—2015关于电流循环冲击试验的测试要求,设计了一种冲击电流发生试验装置。利用PWM调制技术通过调整晶闸管的触发相位角度来控制系统输入电压,既满足了试验要求,又减少了设备体积。设备集测量、控制和通信技术于一体,可靠性高且成本相对较低,满足了汽车行业的熔断器测试需求。 Aiming at the testing requirement about national standards GB/T 31465. 1 2015, a transient current intermittent cycle durability test equipment was designed. The closing angle of the thyristor is controlled to meet the demand of test voltage basing on PWM technology. This can not only meet the requirements of test , but also reduce the size of the equipment. The equipment integrates the measurement, communication and control, has high reliability with low cost, meets the requirements of fuse test on road vehicles.
