摘要
目的:优选消肿止痛巴布剂的基质配方。方法:以初粘力、持粘力和膏体综合感官性能为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计法,优选消肿止痛巴布剂基质配比和巴布剂的成型工艺。结果:消肿止痛巴布剂的最优基质配方为聚丙烯酸钠-羧甲基纤维素钠-明胶-氧化锌(0.5∶1∶1∶0.8)。结论:按照最优基质配方制得的消肿止痛巴布剂,持黏力、赋型性、光泽均良好,载药量大,无皮肤残留,制备工艺稳定可行。
Objective To optimize the preparation process of Xiaczhongzhitong Cataplasm. Methods The L9 (34) Orthogonal experiment was employed to optimize matrix proportion and molding technology of Xiaozhong Zhitong Cataplasm with initial adhesion, adhesiveness and general sensor as evaluation indexes. Results The optimum proportion of cataplasm was sodium polyacrylate: CMC - Na: gelatin: zinc ox- ide =0. 5:1:1:0. 8. Conclusion The qualified Xiaozhongzhitong Cataplasm is prepared under the optimal process which had a good adhesive power, excipients and glossiness, drug loading is large and no skin left. The preparation process is stable and practicable.
