ICU护士抑郁、社会支持现状及其相关性分析

Status and Correlation Analysis of Depression and Social Support about ICU Nurses

目的:了解ICU护士抑郁和社会支持现状,探究抑郁与社会支持间的相关性。方法:本研究以便利抽样的方法抽取某医院ICU护士110名,使用抑郁自评量表、社会支持评定量表、自制问卷对ICU护士的基本资料、抑郁和社会支持情况进行横断面调查。结果:ICU护士抑郁程度高于全国常模(P<0.05),社会支持度较高,高于全国常模(P<0.05),处于中等水平。其抑郁程度与客观支持、对支持的利用度及支持总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。ICU护士的客观支持、对支持的利用度对其抑郁有预测作用(P<0.05)。结论:关注ICU护士的心理健康,提高对ICU护士的社会支持力度,可有效降低其抑郁的发生。

Objective： To understand the status and correlation of depression and social support about ICU nurses. Methods： Convinence sampling method was used to select 110 nurses worked in the ICU, then the self-rating depression scale, social support rating scale, and self-made questionnaire were used to investigate the basic data of ICU nurses. Results： Depression scores of ICU nurses were higher than that of the national norm （P〈0.05） , also the social support scores （P〈0.05）which was in the medium level. Depression scores of nurses have a negative correlation with the objective support, exploitation degree of support and total support scores （P〈0.05）. Objective support and the use degree of surpport about ICU nurses can be used to predict the depression （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Focus on the mental health of ICU nurses and improve the social support can reduce the occurrence of depression effectively.
