输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗上尿路结石临床进展 被引量:7

摘要 随着输尿管软镜设备的发展、完善,输尿管软镜技术已逐渐成为泌尿外科非常重要的诊断和治疗方法。一方面,输尿管软镜通过人体自然腔道逆行进入输尿管、肾盂及肾盏,能够直观下联合钬激光治疗输尿管、肾盂及肾盏内结石,具有创伤小、并发症少、结石清除率高、住院时间短等特点。另一方面,随着输尿管软镜及相关辅助碎石设备的不断改进,以及操作者技术的提高,输尿管软镜技术治疗泌尿系结石也越发成熟,治疗效果得到进一步提升,其将成为泌尿系结石的主要治疗手段。本文对近年来输尿管软镜联合钬激光治疗上尿路结石的临床研究进展进行了综述。 With the development and improvement of equipment, flexible ureteroscope has gradually become a major significant diagnostic and therapeutic method of urology. Through the body's natural channel retrograde into the ureter, renal pelvis and calyx, flexible uroeteroscope combined with holmium laser can be directly applied to the treatment of ureter stones, renal pelvis and calyx calculi, with small trauma, less complications, high stone clearance rate, and short hospitalization time. With the rapid development of ureteroseopic technique and equipment, the treatment of urinary calculi with the flexible ureteroseope are more mature, and the treatment effect has been further improved. Therefore, it will become the main treatment of upper urinary calculi in the future. In this article, the clinical progress of flexible ureteroscope with holmium laser in the treatment of upper urinary acleuli was reviewed.
