无源侦察设备显控S63/S57格式电子海图应用方法研究

Research into The Application Method for Electronic Chart of S63/S57 Format in Display Control of Passive Reconnaissance Equipment

针对无源侦察设备显示需求,研究了基于国际通用标准的S57/S63格式电子海图与雷达目标叠加显示,结合德国7CS公司海图SDK开发包,描述了如何对S63加密海图进行解密以及S57格式ENC原始数据如何转换成DENC格式海图,实现了无源侦察目标显示,平台参数及方案、雷达目标与电子海图等叠加显示,丰富了无源侦察设备战场态势的展现内容,获得了良好的无源侦察设备显示控制展现效果,并为无源侦察设备加载使用S57/S63标准格式电子海图以及获取系统共享海图数据提供了可能。

According to the display requirement of passive reconnaissance equipment, this paper studies the overlapping display of electronic chart and radar target based on the international standard of S57/S63 format, combining with SDK development bag of 7CS Co. in Germany,describes how to decrypt the encrypted S63 chart and how to convert the ENC raw data of S57 format into a chart of DEBC format,which realizes the target display of passive reconnaissance,overlapping display of platform parameters ＆ project,radar target g〉 electronic chart and so on, enriches the display content of battlefield situation for passive reconnaissance equipment,obtains the good display control effect of passive reconnaissance equipment and provides the possibility to load and use the electronic chart of S57/S63 standard format and share the system chart data for the passive reconnaissance equipment.
