炼油工艺装置综合能源消费量计算研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过提出炼油工艺装置综合能源消费量的计算方法,将综合能源消费量划分为原料购进能源、消耗购进能源、产品产出能源、外输产出能源4个部分。指出炼油工艺装置的原料购进能源和产品产出能源为炼厂中间产品时,其折标系数应按照其他石油制品取值。考察新建、改扩建工艺装置对项目所在地影响时,需要扣除企业因新建、改扩建该工艺装置而关停的其他工艺装置,或由于原料用途发生改变,导致其他工艺装置负荷降低所减少的能源消费量。以某新建工艺装置为例计算了项目综合能源消费量,综合能源消费量当量值3.4×10~4t(标准煤),等价值3.95×104t(标准煤);综合能源消费量增量的当量值1.82×10~4t(标准煤),等价值为2.17×10~4t(标准煤)。 A method for calculating comprehensive energy consumption of refinery process devices is proposed,which divides comprehensive energy consumption into four parts:raw material purchase energy,consumption purchase energy,product output energy and transmission output energy.It is pointed out that if material purchase energy and product output energy are intermediate products of refinery,their coefficients of converting into standards should be in accordance with other petroleum products.When considering the impact of constructing new process devices or reconstructing or extending existing process devices to the location of the project,energy consumption reduced by shutting down relevant process devices or by load decreasing because of change of raw material usage.A new process device is taken as an example to calculate the comprehensive energy consumption.The equivalent value of its comprehensive energy consumption is 3.4 × 10~4 tons of standard coal,and its indifference value is 3.95 × 10~4 tons of standard coal.Its incremental equivalent value of comprehensive energy consumption is 1.82 × 10~4 tons of standard coal,and its incremental indifference value is 2.17 ×10~4 tons of standard coal.
