抽油机皮带松紧度量化测试方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 抽油机皮带是传输动力的重要环节,其松紧度影响系统效率和耗电量。皮带过松导致发生丢转、打滑,皮带磨损加剧,传输效率降低;过紧导致皮带拉力增大,电动机轴承承受的压力增加,耗电量上升。目前皮带松紧度检查依据现有的企业管理标准,标准上有量化的数据,但没有明确的测试方法,量化的数据没有跟抽油机能耗相结合,皮带松紧度检查量化的测试方法也不完善。因此,对皮带松紧度量化测试方法进行研究,同时量化的力和抽油机能耗相结合,达到现场测试简单易行,抽油机能耗较低,实现抽油机节能降耗的目的。 Pumping unit belt is an important part of the transmission power,its tension affects the system efficiency and power consumption.If the belt is too loose,losing turns,sliding and belt serious wear would happen;if the belt is too tight,the increase of belt tension,motor bearing pressure and power consumption would happen.At present,the belt tension check is based on two management standards,but there are only quantitative data and lack of clear testing methods,the quantitative data are not combined with pumping unit energy consumption,and the belt tension quantitative test method is not perfect.Therefore,the quantitative measuring method of the belt tension of pumping units is studied,and the quantitative force is combined with pumping unit energy consumption at the same time,which makes simple field tests and low pumping unit energy consumption,realizing the purpose of energy saving and consumption reducing of the pumping unit.
