摘要
干式气柜是炼化企业中节能降耗的关键设施,气柜在运行一定周期需进行检修。检修主要涉及柜内气体置换、干式气柜橡胶膜更换等内容。气体置换根据气体特性选择活塞落底进行气体置换,即可节约大量氮气又缩短置换工期,还能够保证置换质量。对于橡胶膜这种干式气柜主要部件更换应根据运行期间储存物料性质、橡胶膜运行次数及劳损程度情况确定。在炼化企业整体检修时,活塞落底后进行氮气置换并与系统一起置换方案,单台2×10~4m^3气柜可节约氮气6×10~4m^3,减少燃料气排放3×10~4m^3。
The dry gas holder is the key of saving energy and reducing consumption in the refining enterprise facilities,and the gas holder must be maintained in the certain operation period.The maintenance mainly involved gas displacement and gas holder rubber membrane replacement,etc.In the process of gas displacement,the piston lands was selected according to the feature of the gas,by this way,a large amount of nitrogen was saved and the displacement time was shortened,the quality of replacement could be ensured,too.According to the nature of the runtime storage material,operation frequency and strain degree,the rubber membrane replacement period was determined.During the overall maintenance of the refining enterprise,as the piston bottom nitrogen replacement,6×10~4m^3 of nitrogen gas could be saved,and 3000 m^3 of fuel gas emissions could be reduced by a single 2×10~4m^3 gas holder.
