螺杆泵井验管漏装置的研制与应用

摘要 螺杆泵举升工艺具有一次性投资少、运行能耗低、适应介质强、管理维护方便等优势。大庆油田某采油厂检泵现场统计发现,无问题占检率达6.67%,而且全是保修期内检泵,经分析是油管微漏所致,为此研制了螺杆泵井验管漏装置。该装置的应用,使在检泵作业过程中发现肉眼很难看到的油管微小裂缝成为可能,避免了保修期内返工,有效延长了检泵周期,降低了作业费用,推广后预计每年可发现油管微漏井30井次,节约返工作业费用66万元。 The screw pump lifting technology has advantages of less investment,low energy consumption,strong adaptability,convenient maintenance and management.In pump detection field of some oil production plant in Daqing Oilfield,it is found that no problem accounts for 6.67% of the detection rate,and all detected pumps are in their warranty period.Analysis shows that it is caused by micro leakage of the tubing,so the leakage detection device for screw pump wells is developed.Application of the device makes it possible to find tiny cracks in the tubing,and the cracks are difficult to be seen by the naked eye in the course of pump inspection.By doing so,the pump detection cycle is effectively prolonged,and the operation cost is reduced.After promotion,it is expected to find 30 tiny tubing leakages every year and save rework cost 0.66 million yuan.
