摘要
目的研究暗紫贝母醇提物的镇咳作用;方法采用浓氨水引咳法[1],观察贝母醇提物的镇咳作用[2-3];结果阳性药物(5.04mg/kg)和空白对照组计较差异显著明显(P<0.05),低剂量组(5.04mg/kg)、中剂量组(15.12mg/kg)、高剂量组(45.36mg/kg)和阳性药物组比较差异显著明显(P<0.05),高剂量组抑制率最高为45.1%。
Destination To study the antitussive effect of alcohol extract of F. unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia. Method：The antitussive effect of alcohol extract of F. unibracteata Hsiao et K. C. Hsia was observed by concen- trated ammonia cupping method.There were significantly different （P 〈0,05） between positive drug （5.04mg/ kg） and blank control group. There was also significant difference between low dose group （5.04mg/ kg）, middle dose group （ 15.12mg/kg）, high dose group （45.36mg/kg） and positive drug group （P 〈0.05 ）, the highest inhibition rate was 45.1% in hizh dose grouo.
