由一稿16发事件谈学术不端的原因及对策

2015年11月,多家媒体报道了中共淮安市委党校一名讲师一稿多投导致论文重复发表16次的事件,在学术界引起了广泛关注,由此折射出一稿多投等学术不端行为普遍泛滥的问题。造成这一问题既有社会环境方面的原因,也有学术道德教育缺乏及相关制度不完善的原因。在应对学术不端时,一方面要加强师德师风建设和学术道德教育,另一方面要完善相关制度,此外,学术期刊作为遏制学术不端的第一道防线,更应发挥其重要的作用。

This problem was caused by the social environment and the lack of academic moral education and the related system.
